Over-Reaching is the process of super-compensation for your body. We're going to take your body to its absolute limits for a short period utilizing increased volume from both sets, reps, weight, and intensity.

After that short period, we rest as we've never rested before!

HOW DO I START OR ENTER?
As soon as you sign up, you will receive emails on how to download the app and access your workouts. After that, you can take your before photos and get started!
WHEN IS THE CHALLENGE OPEN FOR SIGN UP?
The challenge is open for enrollment from November 22nd to November 29th. Workouts and before photos will be taken on November 29th but your submission will come four weeks later on December 26th.
IS THE MOBILITY CUSTOMIZED FOR ME?
Yes, it is! You start by taking a mobility screening. Based on your score, we recommend routines that attack your weaknesses.
HOW ARE YOU PICKING THE WINNERS FOR THIS CHALLENGE? 
This challenge we are randomly selecting five winners who keep track of their workouts and submit before and after photos.
WHAT IF I'M ALREADY AN APP MEMBER? DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO JOIN THE CHALLENGE?
Current app members get entry into all of our challenges as part of their membership. There is no need to sign up! You'll receive an email on November 29th on how to enter the challenge.
DOES THIS COMPETITION INCLUDE PEOPLE OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.?
Absolutely! Anyone from anywhere can join and win the grand prizes.
This challenge says it includes nutrition, what exactly is that?
We believe in flexible dieting so with our nutrition you will get personalized macros according to your goal and the ability to get meal ideas and quantities from our meal builder. We don't provide recipes or cookbooks but our Facebook group is always there to help with any questions.
Can beginners do these workouts?
We would advise AGAINST beginners doing these workouts.
I see that I will be opting into membership after the challenge, can i cancel that or what's the deal? 
Our hope is that you love the challenge programming and app so much that you'll want to keep the gains and progress going with us. But if you need to leave us or cancel the membership you can at anytime by simply emailing us at support@fitnessculture.com.
