Pre-order Policy

What is a pre-order?

To Pre-Order means that a product is not currently in stock and should you wish to place an order, you must proceed through the check out as usual & make full payment so you can be guaranteed to reserve a Seksme Boxset before they are released to the general public.

Please kindly note, once the payment has been processed and the set reserved, Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled/refunded. However, your order can be returned as normal subject to our Delivery and Returns Policy once you have received your item.

Pre-order benefits

The benefit of purchasing Pre-Order items is that you will secure your box set without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after being listed. Due to the vast number of applicants on our waiting list, even those currently in line are not guaranteed a box set. So, only those who are successful with internal Golden Ticket pre-orders can be 100% guaranteed to reserve one.

Waiting times

Please be aware, that unlike those originating from the standard waiting list, who’s order window will be opened at the point when the shipment is ready to be dispatched for final delivery, pre order customers will need to wait through the whole entire process from start to finish, which depending at which stage in the manufacturing process the order was placed, can take anywhere from 1 to 3 months.

Please note: Seksme is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may happen if you wish to Pre-Order a box set. Sometimes unexpected manufacturing delays can occur, causing waiting times to vary. Due to this, please be aware that any published box set delivery dates unfortunately cannot be strictly guaranteed.

That’s why, throughout the whole manufacturing and delivery process, we will be keeping you fully updated with production and shipping progress, right up to the very moment when your item is delivered to your door. And should we ever experience any unforeseen setbacks, you will always be the very first to know.
